Refund policy
At Norya Skin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal care items may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
- The funds will be returned to your original payment method
Please note:
- It may take an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
